The beautiful coast of Southport, Merseyside was the location for our first sky watch of the year now that winter is out the way! After meeting in the pub for a few drinks and friendly greetings (as well as some alien talk) we headed out into the setting sky.
After creating our impromptu “UFO-Zone” we settled into our chairs for a good few hours of good sky watching and good company. Plenty of satellites were witnessed flying overhead but sadly nothing more unusual! It was good fun to use a powerful night-vision scope which we hope will be present at future skywatches!
The night was rounded off with cups of tea, coffee, hot chocolates and even hot dogs, as as always, refreshments and snacks are provided complimentary of the UFO Identified team!
