The Hare & Hounds pub in Timperley, Manchester was the setting for our first presentation meeting. Unfortunately, due to all motorways being closed in the area for 2 hours because of an escaped prisoner (yes, really!), half of the guests, including our own comedian Steve who was to provide entertainment at the break and Abigail, couldn’t physically get to the venue.
Fortunately, for the dozen or so that could get there (vitally including our speaker Kristian Lander), were treated to the fascinating speech about the Thunderbolt UFO crash in Nottingham (which can you hear on our Pursuit of the Paranormal Podcast)
Complimentary chip butties and a raffle rounded off the night as the guests spent a couple hours having drinks and talking about all things UFO. A great night all-told, and hopefully we will have a bit more luck at the next one!
